Pro - 18"x24" - End - Walnut

The Pro board is the largest board in the workset lineup.

At 18 × 24, it’s designed for serious prep — the kind where vegetables, proteins, and ingredients all move across the board during a single session.

This board uses end grain butcher-block construction, allowing knife edges to settle between the wood fibers rather than cutting across them. The structure helps reduce wear on both the board and your knives.

The wood is walnut, a dense hardwood with a darker tone that develops character with use. Maple and walnut perform similarly as cutting surfaces — the choice mostly comes down to appearance.

Most cooks who choose the Pro board tend to prep multiple meals at once or cook frequently enough that a small board becomes frustrating.
