Founder's Story
WORKSET was founded by Fox, Callie, and Gage.
We grew up in Wayzata, Minnesota in a culture that valued effort. Sports were constant. Work was expected. Our parents taught us to take care of our health, help other people, and leave things better than we found them.
Those values stayed with us as we moved into college, careers, and adult life.
We still structure our days around the same fundamentals: training, preparing real food, sleeping well, and showing up for the work in front of us. Not because it’s trendy, but because it works.
Over time we noticed something simple.
Consistency is easier when your environment supports it.
When the tools in your space are built to be used daily, small decisions become easier to repeat. Cooking real food becomes routine. Preparation becomes automatic.
But most kitchen tools aren’t designed with that mindset. They’re decorative, disposable, or built to chase trends.
We built WORKSET to be different.
WORKSET designs cutting boards meant for daily use, tools that reduce friction, support preparation, and earn a permanent place in the kitchen. Because discipline isn’t built through motivation. It’s built through repetition.
Our goal is simple: Design tools that support people who already expect more from themselves.
Prep on purpose.
