30-Day Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
To start a return, contact us at team@liveworkset.com within 30 days of your order being delivered.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at team@liveworkset.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
