If your board isn’t right for your kitchen, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

No restocking fees. No complicated process.

Simply, contact us and send the board back in its original condition. Once received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

This policy is meant for situations like:

  • The size isn’t what you expected

  • You decide you want a different model

  • The board doesn’t fit your kitchen setup

The only requirement is that the board has not been excessively used or damaged.

1-Year Warranty

Every WORKSET board is covered by a 1-year warranty against structural failure.

If your board cracks or breaks under normal kitchen use within 1 year of purchase, we’ll replace it.

This warranty covers issues such as:

  • Structural cracks in the wood

  • Separation of glued joints

  • Material failure that makes the board unusable

To start a warranty claim, simply contact us and include photos of the issue. If the board qualifies, we’ll send a replacement.

Situations this warranty does not cover include:

  • Damage caused by dishwashers or soaking

  • Burns, deep knife gouges, or improper care

  • Cosmetic wear from normal use

Knife marks, patina, and surface wear are expected. They’re signs of a board that’s being used the way it was intended.

Lifetime Trade-In Program

Even well-built tools eventually wear out. When that happens, we don’t want your board ending up in a landfill.

After one year, you’re eligible for our Lifetime Trade-In Program.

If your board cracks, breaks, or reaches the end of its useful life, you can send it back to us and receive 40% off a new replacement board.

The trade-in discount applies to the current retail price of the replacement board at the time of purchase.

This program exists so your board always has a path forward — even years down the line.

Examples of situations where the trade-in program applies:

  • A board cracks after many years of heavy use

  • Structural damage occurs outside the warranty period

  • The board eventually wears beyond practical use

Once we receive the original board, we’ll provide a replacement code for 40% off a new WORKSET board.
