We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times usually range from 3–7 business days depending on location.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Returns
If your board isn’t right for your kitchen, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original condition

The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Once the board is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.
