The Workset Board

The Workset Board is built for everyday use and long-term ownership. Each board is made from real American hardwood through our 55-day process, giving the wood time to stabilize and giving us the time to build it right.

Choose the version that fits how you cook and how you want it to look.

Edge Grain is our recommendation for most kitchens. A dependable everyday board with Workset quality at a more approachable price.

End Grain is our highest-end construction. A more substantial build that better absorbs and disguises knife marks better over time, helping the surface maintain its appearance through years of use.

From there, choose your wood. Walnut is darker, warmer, and more distinctive. Maple is lighter, cleaner, and more understated. Both are built to the same Workset standard.

Then choose the size that fits your kitchen and routine. From compact everyday prep to larger meal prep and hosting.

However you build yours, the idea is the same: a board made to be used, taken care of, and kept.
